All items sold on Royal Activation are digital goods delivered electronically. Once your order is completed and the product key has been delivered to your email or account, it cannot be returned or refunded.

This policy ensures that all keys and licenses remain secure and cannot be reused or resold after delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

The license key provided is invalid or does not activate the product.
The product key has not been used or activated.
The wrong product was delivered by mistake.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide detailed proof of the issue (e.g., screenshot of the activation error message).
